"Inacceptable !!!"

Le réceptionniste a oublié de nous dire qu’il y avait une boîte de nuit juste en face de l’hôtel, c’est inacceptable. Impossible de dormir, mon fils ayant en plus une compétition sportive à 8h le lendemain matin. D’ailleurs je souhaiterais demander le remboursement. Je compte sur vous pour faire le nécessaire. Merci par avance

très bon hotel, propre et calme à coté d'un restaurant un bémol pour le petit déjeuner, pas très achalandé dès 7h35 du matin (peut être un manque de chance ce jour là ...)

"Très bon séjour en famille au sein de cet hôtel ! "

Très bon séjour passer au sein de cet hôtel! L’hôtel est proche d’Haguenau et des villes sympathiques du nord de Strasbourg. La chambre était au calme et avec une literie qui nous a permis de passer une agréable nuit. Le petit déjeuner est classique avec des viennoiseries, jus et quelques plats sales. La seule amélioration à faire serait pour la porte de la SDB qui lorsqu’elle était fermé, était très difficile à ouvrir. Sinon pour le reste RAS!
