Hygiène très approximative et douche inutilisable car pas de pression

Il ragazzo dello staff nonchè proprietario era superdisponibile, c'è una piccola cucina dove si può preparare qualcosina.

Il bagno (seppur privato) era fuori dalla stanza, ma questo lo sapevamo. L'ambiente è molto umido e ci puzza un po' di muffa. Il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha dato un deumidificatore dal momento che quello del climatizzatore non funzionava, per carità gentilissimo... però la stanza rimaneva comunque umida! I letti erano a molle, molto vecchi e con una specie di plastica di rivestimento intorno al materasso che praticamente ti faceva sudare tutta la notte.

The keypad never works on the dorm door. You're at the mercy of someone else to let you in. No hot water. Hit my head on the ceiling fan that was literally two feet above me on my bunk.

The location was very good. Only need one minute walking to the bus stop. 5 minutes walking to the beach. AC was good.

There was no hot water in the room most of time. The floor was not clean.

Nothing in the property listing matches the place. The listing mentions a beachfront accommodation, coffee facilities in the room, towels, bar, cleaning products, fridge etc. The property is not beachfront and none of this is available in the rooms and there is no bar, no fridge, no soap and no towels. Towels were only provided late at night after we asked for them. Same as the wifi, it was not on, and they only switched it on when I enquired about it. No staff are available on property, check in is listed between 3pm and 10pm, once you arrive you ring the bell but no one answers. Our booking was not confirmed because the original card details were wrong, I updated the details on booking.com but the owner kept trying to charge the old card details. After 15 minutes outside the gate, I managed to get hold of him over a phone call. I have seen multiple complaints on the water pressure and it still is the same, impossible for someone with long hair to wash it under that water. During my call with him I asked him if any of the private rooms were available but he said no. However we have only met the people in our dorm, I dont think anyone else was there. Also, the people there were kind of weird, not the usual travellers you find in a hostel. We are frequent travellers and stayed in many hostels around the world, unfortunately this was one of the worst we stayed at as from the listing we expected something different. If you book a private room, please note that some are based within the dorm itself, so not the usual private room you would expect. I am normally not picky on accommodation but this time we definitely felt cheated as the reality does not match the listing at all!! STAY AWAY!

Super auberge, idéalement située, avec une ambiance au top ! Le lieu est propre, fonctionnel et très convivial. Waleed est un propriétaire exceptionnel : accueillant, professionnel et d’une grande gentillesse. Mille mercis pour l’accueil, la disponibilité et la générosité. Une adresse à ne pas manquer !
