Molto pulito. Personale molto gentile. Posizione eccellente

Unica pecca, alcune cose sono un po scomode come gli spazi all'interno del bagno o l'assenza di una vera e propria finestra o piccolo terrazzo. Ma questo dipende esclusivamente dalla stanza che ho scelto io

The location was absolutely amazing. Right in the center of the medieval borgo. There are lots of restaurants and bars right there. It's also super close to the sea. The place was beautiful and perfectly decorated. There is good wifi. It's also because of the stay that we fell in love with Nettuno and we definitely plan to return. The breakfast is provided in the bar right across the piazza and the people there are very kind as well.

Breakfast ousourced to choice of nearby cafes very close to rooms. We had excellent capuccinos and choice of delicious brioche pasrtries. Stylish rooms beautifully furnished in perfect location 5 mins from beach and large balcony with stunning views over harbour.

Lack of small bin for refuse inside rooms.

This guesthouse was in a fantastic location and only a short 10 minutes walk from the train station. The room itself was clean and well maintained. The view I had was of the harbour which was beautiful. the staff were very friendly and helpful. The square in which it is located was very busy in the evening and had several cafes and restaurants to choose from. (I recommend the pizza place in the corner). The room for this reason have very good windows which offered great sound proofing and you could not really hear the noise once they were closed. Breakfast if at one of the local cafes which they give you a voucher for, the system works well and everyone is friendly and helpful. The location for the beach was fantastic and I was very happy with my stay here.

It was a little confusing finding the place however, this really wasnt much of a problem and I soon located the correct place to go as the staff very quickly guided me to the correct location.

I felt very comfortable in the room with a view of the harbour and the small balcony that provided a view of the evening hustle and bustle. The room and bathroom were clean and nicely furnished. A small fridge was also a great advantage.

The breakfast consists of a cafe and a sweet pastry that you can have in a bar nearby. It was okay, but could be a bit more.

Excellent location. In the heart of the city centre near all the bar, restaurants and beach. Nice ambiance and room was just the right size for one person.

Not much I didn't like. Be wary that you cannot park close to the property as it is in the heart of the city centre, but this was not a problem for me. Also, as the common areas were kept really clean and there was a strong lavender scent that was there to spruce up the place, the only negative (FOR ME) was that it was too strong, but that is a personal preference and in no way is a negative reflection of the property. The wi-fi was a little slow, but again, this does not mean you shouldn't stay there.

Great location (not 100% as shown on google maps - its the opposite side as on the maps). Lovely room, quiet, comfy bed.

No one speaks english or directs you (what did I expect from a small italian sea side town?) :) but the man who took me in briefly showed me what is where with a smile. Room smelled slightly of some kind of moth repellent and mould?? Which wasnt unpleasant but after spending 4 nights there and washing my clothes on arrival at home, I can still smell it on them!! Shower cubicle didnt close completely so water splashed out but not a big issue.

The location was perfect and the staff friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the room smelled bad from the humidity and we could not dry our towels and clothes.
