Excellent location for our plans. Horseshoe Curve Bellwood to visit relative

TV didn’t work, but we didn't need it.

I always stay at Hilton hotels for business and most always for personal travel as well. This was a very disappointing experience. First I check into the room and the thermostat is off and the temperature is 80 degrees in the room (it was a brutally hot and humid day). Then the TV doesn’t work, i called the desk and they sent a person up who got it working but then it kept freezing. It got to the point where there was no live tv at all. I told the person at the front desk, Shirley, and she was very helpful and tried to help and called a maintenance person by the name of Bill who said tv was not important and he would not look at it. Not what I expect of a Hilton property and very disappointed.

Staff is friendly and welcoming to pets. Pool and hot tub were warm and clean, and room was pristine.

Went to DelGrossos Park, we stayed here with our grandchildren. When we went home, the other grandparents asked them if they had a great time. Our granddaughter said yes, especially at the hotel!!

Wish every hotel was this nice !

Front desk, staff, friendly, and efficient. Pool and hot tub, clean and inviting.

We had a king room with a sofa bed and found it comfortable and clean. We liked the large walk-in shower. We appreciated the breakfast and liked that there were restaurants nearby.
