Nonostante alcuni lati positivi, questi disagi sono così invasivi da oscurare completamente i pregi dell'alloggio.

La struttura su due livelli (non indicato nella descrizione) con una scala molto stretta, si affaccia sulla strada trafficata e una vista sul mare parziale. Purtroppo le criticità acustiche ne compromettono pesantemente la vivibilità. Il rumore è costante: di giorno è dominato dal traffico, mentre di notte emergono i ventilatori sul tetto. A peggiorare le cose, la caldaia emette picchi improvvisi di 70 dB, anche in piena notte. Fortemente sconsigliato
