Szép tágas szobák a medence is szép

Locatie goed, middenin de wijk en dichtbij leuke plekjes voor ontbijt en lunch. Kleine supermarkt is op 1 minuut lopen. Verder was het er mooi schoon en betrof het een ruim appartement, met prachtig uitzicht op een van de bezienswaardigheden van Lissabon. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Communicatie verloopt niet altijd soepel. Iedereen is super vriendelijk, alleen niet makkelijk te bereiken bij vragen.

You need to take an official city taxi to be delivered directly to the property otherwise an Uber involves a short walk. Some rooms are not accessible by an elevator…quite difficult stairs are involved so anybody who is not reasonably mobile may find this property difficult. Property should be very transparent about this issue.

Here’s a punchy bad review distilled from everything you shared: AVOID — Completely Unacceptable ⭐☆☆☆☆ Seven guests, four nights, not one functioning bathroom the entire stay. Both toilets broke at separate points, one shower was broken throughout, a sink was taped over and never repaired — and not a single fix was made during our visit. The floor was dirty on arrival. Wi-Fi didn’t work. The apartment had visible scratches and damage throughout. The furniture was dirty. No toilet paper throughout the stay. The advertised 24-hour reception line rang out almost every time we called. Staff were present on maybe two occasions over four nights. When we finally got someone to listen, we were told none of our complaints had even been passed on to the right team. That’s how communication works here. This was a special occasion trip. We paid a premium for a well-maintained, fully equipped apartment — what we got was the opposite. Basic hygiene wasn’t possible for the stay. We’ve since been completely ignored. No response, no compensation. Don’t book here.

Oáza uprostřed starobylé čtvrti. Bazén je bonus, mohl by být v lepším stavu (jako na fotce:))

Byly jsme skupina 3, 2 z nás spaly na rozkládacím gauči. Byl tak prohnutý, že jsme si museli dát matraci na zem. V případě, že gauč nepotřebujete, je apartmán moc hezký a pohodlný.
