Quality Inn Longmont

I can't tell you anything about this property scenes.How I wasn't allowed to access the room , my child , my grandson and I were turned away because I didn't have my driver's license and we had nowhere else to stay

I feel that this is not adequate.I'm being charged for a room that I didn't get.I was there to accept the room but I'm kind of glad I didn't get it because of the place where it was located.It's not a good place. I feel I deserve a refund

Location was good, bed was comfy.

Pillows were small, desk chair was broke, no housekeeping between nights, swimming pool closed at 8pm, breakfast had no milk substitute for people allergic to milk, eggs were cold and no ketchup. 1st night a group of teenagers were constantly going down the hall talking loudly and slamming doors between 10:30pm and 2 am.

Location and price. This hotel was dated and did not meet the expectations that we had for a Quality Inn. The room was clean and daily cleaners did a nice job

It looked vacant from the front. The parking lot was in terrible condition with potholes all over. The decor was dated in the lobby and also in the rooms. There was a side entrance to the main floor that was dirty and the grounds were full of weeds and discarded cups- very unkept. Every morning there was a barking dog that starting at 7am for at least 30 minutes. Breakfast lacked variety and quality. The towels were thin and they didn't offer enough with the stay.
