Redwood Inn

Unfortunately the hotel has got some major problems, very old rooms, needs major update. The carpets, beds, bathrooms, linens are all very old and smell bad . I would not stay here again, the room is not sound proof at all, I could hear the Taco Bell customers all night . I had a terrible night of sleep . Sorry. The owners were very nice though .

Easy check in, simple, very clean and comfortable.

Location to stores and downtown was within walking distance, staff very helpful and friendly.

would have like more electrical plugs in the room

The staff was so sweet. Sonia worked the front desk & she was an absolute angel! The only problem I had was the temperature of the room. It was so hot & there was no AC. However, the staff lent me a fan. Overall a good experience

This place doesn't have A/C and I was worried about that but the front staff gave us a fan and we left windows cracked. The weather keeps the room cool enough. There's not much to look at outside of windows but the place is convenient to everything. It's the right price and staff is super friendly. I would stay here again.

I have booked this hotel for 2 days on Long weekend trip Room AC/Heater was not working properly and there was bad smell all around the place

Room was spacious and clean. However faucet on sink leaked and the toilet overflowed

I will need to stay one more time to answer this over all it was a good experience

We arrived after a long day of driving and felt really good when the lady at the reception welcomed us with a smile and also gave us advice on the rewoods! the room was perfect!
