""Poor" Quality Inn "Not" Near the University"

No elevator to 2nd floor; not very close to University (as falsely advertised); staff not friendly; light/fan (single control) in bathroom was ridiculously loud; shower curtain was dysfunctional causing a puddle of water on floor; breakfast was horrible; hotel was way overpriced for the rundown condition and poor service; and proprietor demanded my credit card info in advance in violation of booking.com policy.

Clean and in a good area

Hot water didn’t work and neither did the internet. Call the front desk about both and they couldn’t fix it.
