Quick and easy check in. $50 hold placed on card without informing you of it however.

Right next to a movie theater with a huge parking lot..I had no issues, unsure how safe of an area this is ? I arrived in the middle of the night, fast check-in, checked-out near breakfast; good breakfast. Recommend the biscuits & gravy!

Rooms was clean and beds was comfortable

I booked a room that was supposed to accommodate 5 people. There was no pull out sofa available so they offered me blankets for my guests to sleep on the floor. The hotel was extremely dated and dirty. There were cigarette burns on the bathroom counter. After being there for 10 minutes, my guest and I left and they refused to grant a refund!

You won’t find better customer service, in fact I’d go so far as to call it “customer care” or “guest care” as they go WAY BEYOND any kind of expectation you could assume -and I’m including the high-dollar places I tend to normally stay. They were great about my bringing my cat along (she’s 17 and can’t be left alone - Persians don’t typically live this long) and even trusted us although all their pet friendly rooms were taken she’d never make a mess nor be damaging (she is declawed per her first family 16 years ago, and Persians tend to do nothing but sit around looking pretty). Rooms are great, breakfast and lobby great. Everything as great, and beyond if you take into account how they care for their guests.
