Days Inn by Wyndham Battlefield Rd/Hwy 65

Rooms do not look like the photos. It was quaint, was much older than I expected. The beds were clean but instantly it smelled like cigarette smoke. I asked the front desk about it and they insisted jt was smoke free. It does not feel smoke free.

Breakfast was meager. Biscuits hard. Location ok . Next to a theater, so was easy to walk over to if desired.

Cleanliness. Curtain fell off when I tried to open it. Carpet very worn, buckled, & stained. Mattress sagged on side closest to the bathroom. Room didn't match the picture on your website. A lot of key locks were broken on doors entering hotel. Pool gate , no functioning lock.

Very clean place. Helpful & friendly staff.

The staff was incredible. The property itself wasn't the cleanest or up to date.

Not so good breakfast. Very bad Heat/Air units. Nice personnel. Was not told there was remodeling going on until arrival. they said only room available was on2nd floor due to remodeling, and no elevator.

Staff were prompt and helped us as they were able. Breakfast was waffles, juice, bananas, muffins, bread, cereal.

Good amount of choices for breakfast but two out of three of the cereals were sugared cereal.

I asked the man at the desk when we checked if if he had applied my AARP discount and he looked quickly at the computer and said the discount had been applied. I asked again when we were checking out for a print out so I could see if the AARP discount had been applied. I had given them my number online when I prebooked. There was no discount applied and the lady at the desk said that since I had pre-registered online it wasn't taken off. She couldn't do anything about it and I would have to call someone but she didn't know who. There was a dead bug by the bathtub on the floor. There was something lying all along on the ledge of the air conditioner/heater register that should have been vacuumed up. It had been wet but was clumped up now I don't know what it was. There were two tourist flyers laying on the floor behind the dresser and it was very dusty and dirty behind it as well as dirty behind the night stand. There was a dark spot on the carpet over by the sink.

This place is disgusting! The room was dirty and smelled like wet dog. The toilet seat was so dirty that I had to clean it before I could even sit on it. There were dead bugs caught in cobwebs. My family did not feel safe here. I will never stay here again!
