Informationen zu Reinigung vorab waren nicht gegeben, d.h. ich wusste nicht, dass House Keeping nur 2x stattfand. Menge Kaffee und Kaffeepötte passte somit auch nicht.

So clean and just amazing

Really liked the convenient location, clean and well laid out rooms, fitness facility and generally pleasant and accommodating staff (except one).

Desk person on Monday morning, 9/1/25 (going off shift soon) was very non accommodating when asked to turn on A/C and perhaps lower temp in fitness center. Said he'd leave note for maintenance and manager (both of whom were not on premises bc of the holiday weekend). Said nothing could be done and we were out of luck. Period. Luckily, Telliya, who came on the next shift, rolled up her sleeves and helped us make the Fitness room properly ventilated and cool enough to do a proper cardio exercise. Telliya has the proper hospitality spirit! The other guy needs more training.

The hotel was beautiful but lacked warmth, and needed a dresser or another folding rack for our suitcases.
