Room was dated, hot tub drain plug wouldn't work, neighborhood felt sketchy. Outside needs to be cleaned up.

Should put lament flooring... get rid of the yuck carpet.

The staff was pretty friendly. The breakfast was lacking protein. There was maintenance to be done, the elevator didn’t work, but it was explained under new ownership and they would be working on those things.

When we went to our room we tried to use the elevator and it did not work. Tried to tell staff and they just shrugged and said yeah must be broke.

Driving through on a road trip and wanted to stay somewhere nice. Loved the area and the room. Very clean and spacious

The beds were comfortable.

The first complaint is putting two 70+ year old couples on the second floor and having a non-working elevator!! In the first room, the AC didn't work. Moved us. In that room the TV didn't work, the GFI at the sink didn't work, the bathtub floor was awful, the toilet seat is OLD and looks VERY used. I was too tired by that time to move again so We went to bed. Next morning, the breakfast was disgusting. The coffee stood up by itself, the biscuits were cold, the gravy was paste and there was little else to choose from. The night clerk was NOT helpful and the morning clerk was blase about my complaints and then he was rude to the person after me. We won't ever go back there.

Great for the price, everything I needed.

Hotel was alright everything was very used.
