VILLA ORQUIDEA DELUXE VILLA SEA VIEWS 2 POOLS JACUZZI

Ideal space for young children. Loved the indoor pool. Great location for cafes, restaurants, shops, and beach. Most facilities at the villa were fabulous.

Some bits of the villa are a bit tired. No stair gates available. Lock on door to indoor pool not working.

The property was spacious in an amazing location. Close to all the amenities. It was exactly what we need.

It was slightly dated and needed a bit of updating.

Fantastic property had everything you needed. We were a family of 9. Perfect as everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom (2 x children shared bathroom with parents) The property manager @ 3Villas was fantastic can’t recommend them enough.

Large villa with an outdoor and another heated indoor pool. Loads of space on several levels with stunning views especially from the large balcony adjoining the master bedroom. Plenty of large ensuite bathrooms with hot water always available. The small gym area is also a nice touch and the added bonus of a pool table, table soccer and gym equipment was welcomed by the younger members of our family. There was also plenty of garden space with sun loungers, and curtained loungers, a hammock and tablevtennis table. The villa is located close to all amenities including a supermarket 100m away and the beach a 15 minute walk. Restaurants and shops are also a short walk away. The villa is also at the foot of the hillside on which many villas are perched and therefore does not have the arduous uphill walk to which many other villas pose for guests. All in all a great villa for larger groups and families, we were 8 persons and had lots of space. Communication with the staff was excellent and they were very responsive with any issues that we had.

The villa is clearly a slightly older property than some of the surrounding villas and the soft furnishings; cushions, sofa loose covers and retractable blinds looked a bit tired and jaded. Several doors were a little loose and the spar bath had several outlet jet covers missing. There was a safe but the key was missing which was a minor inconvenience but obviously would have been useful to have. Ideally a much bigger fridge would be advantageous for greater numbers of guests as we regularly ran out of space when filling it with items that needed chilling.

Beautiful, well-equipped villa in a brilliant location with amazing seaviews, right next door to a supermarket and Club San Jaime which has a restaurant and pool and nightly entertainment. The main strip of shops and restaurants is just a 10 minute walk away, as is access to the beach. Excellent communication with management and easy check-in and check-out process using the secure key box. Would definitely recommend to anybody visiting Son Bou
