The room suites was very spacious

Even though it was recently renovated, the place looked it was run down. The whole time we were there only one elevator was working.

Great location.

Jets in hot tub were not working first night and one elevator out of two were down the whole stay. The staff seemed indifferent to being there and were not eager to help. We had to change rooms due to a moldy smell after it had rained. Charge for parking now when they didn’t before.

Staff are amazing and super friendly. The entire hotel is clean and well kept. Pool area is nice.

Breakfast wasn't open early enough for our activities. They did not even have coffee available before we left for the day.

Uno de los mejores hoteles calidad- precio que me e hospedado, lo recomiendo, es limpio cómodo y hay un chef que te hace el desayuno ya incluido en el precio. 😃

Las alfombras no estaban del todo limpias.
