Very clean hotel with nice stuff

Did not like the location, very noisy street, even though central. Rooms are small and basic.

The staff were lovely and the location was great - it was quiet , usually !

Whilst I like scrambled eggs , and they were always very good , it would be nice to have a different breakfast occasionally . I felt as though I always had to ask for clean towels and guys , making guests ALWAYS have to ask for more toilet paper really isn’t decent ! There should always be spare available in the bathroom ! Leaving the key in the lock after cleaning (especially when there are other guests there) made me very nervous ! Lastly , pillows , the ones I had were really hard …

Staff helpful but did not offer to carry my bag upstairs. I use a cane and am 76

Would not accept my credit card after saying they would. They said they only accepted credit cards from colombian citizens

Lovely hotel with big spacious airy rooms. The bed was really big and very comfortable

Friendly staff, clean

No hot water, which I guess is the norm.

great location. great breakfast. beautiful courtyard and furnishings. lovely room. super helpful and friendly staff. highly recommend.
