On my traveling day I was attempting to reach the property to confirm shuttle availability but no one ever answered the phone. I was not able to get from the airport to the hotel and stayed at another hotel that night.

"Hoping to get a refund."

Nothing really to like. The staff was willing to try to help us out.

Our first room the TV didn’t work and had a weird smell. Moved to another room but that room smelled like smoke. Moved to another room and that room smelled like smoke too. Decided to leave. Also, plastic over the smoke detectors and spilled paint on the carpets.

"Probably would choose a different hotel close to Omaha Eppley airport in the future."

Location

Some room issues: lamp didn’t work, telephone didn’t work (no connecting cord), desk seat not totally functional (chair would sink to lowest setting when sitting on it), dresser top drawer opened on its own, which could be dangerous when going to bathroom in a dark room. Room upkeep definitely below par! Call to hotel for an airport shuttle (as was instructed at front desk check-in) resulted in having to leave a call back number, which was not returned until 20 minutes later when back in the hotel room. Fortunately, a shuttled arrived very soon after calling hotel, but not because front desk was on top of things.

The water pressure in the bathroom was terrible The sink handle was very insturdy to get the proper water temperature. Also the sink drain was very, very slow. The TV was terrible to operate and constantly re-buffing when trying to watch a program.
