Life on Water- Princes Wharf apartment with fabulous views

Beautiful property, very homely we didn’t want to leave!

Comfort location view

Parking is very expensive at this location @ $40 a day there is a cheaper option i found although i wasnt told this by the owner its 10-15 min walk depending on how fast you walk $15 for the whole

The view 😍. The location and the sunshine and natural light into the apartment.

That we had to leave 😪! To make it cosier at night time some curtains or blinds could go on the ranch slider to reduce light into the bedroom.

Location was good, great view of the Harbour Bridge, easy walking distance to restaurants,

Venue for hire below us, very noisy event on the Saturday night, the music shook the whole apartment.

Spacious, great view and location

The property was lovely and comfortable with gorgeous views.

No dish towel in the kitchen. We used paper towels.

The location was great. The hosts were wonderful and accommodating. The apartment was clean. It’s a great apartment.

Not so much that I didn’t like but just observations. The apartment is dated and could use freshening up. The wifi is ok if just checking phones. But we had to do some work and it was impossible. We had to use the hotspot from our own plan. The dryer although a welcomed amenity, doesn’t work well. If you’re going to do laundry bring along detergent as it’s not supplied.

Fabulous balcony with west views. Spacious, very comfortable (especially for NZ), well equipped (apart from egg cups) and wonderfully located for the harbour, Maritime Museum etc. I always love being near the water and boats.
