The elevator was unsafe, the building is falling apart, our room smelled so bad and was masked by an overpowering smell of cleaning products. The toilet was disgustinc and we didn’t even want to use the shower. We couldn’t wait to leave

This place is unsafe, bullet proof windows at front desk should of told me how this place was going to be. It was so dirty, I didn't even want to put my feet on the floor, dead bugs all over the floor, broken toilet seat, dogs in all the rooms near mine constantly barking. Crack-heads walking all around the place, dirty needles in the grass- this place needs to be shut down!

Check in was easy

Room was nasty, brown stains on the mattress ,burns in several places on both beds coverings ,vents were gross,door hinges and around bottom of door rusty ,we had to call the front to get them to call the room next to us after a hour of listening to their dogs barking. Some one put nasty sticker pieces all over the side of our car sometime thru the night.

Stayed one night before going on a cruise out of BALTIMORE. The first room smelled VERY badly of skunk (pot) and cigarette smoke. The second was better, not very good. Chipped tiles, lights in the sink area not working. Bathroom not cleaned up very well ..found a wadded up sock on the floor, as well as paper. Seems as if the hotel was "guesting" some homeless, and transients. They were outside the rooms all night, talking, yelling, arguing, and kids running up and down, outside the rooms, until around 3 AM! The arguing got so heated, I thought there might be gunfire at some point. NEVER AGAIN!

This property has bed bugs and I was bitten up terribly. I definitely would like a refund for my stay

Roaches drugs and drug addicts everywhere. Pool of urine not even usable. This place is a disaster
