Maalesef personel valizlere yardım etmek için yerinden bile kalkmadı. Otel çok eski şehir oteli. Sozde yenilemişler ama daha öğrenmeleri gereken çok şey var. Iğdır ilinin daha kaliteli işletmeleri hakkettiğini düşünüyorum.

"Best ever breakfast!"

This hotel offers the best breakfast we have had in Turkiye, in their clean light dining area. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable with enough space for our needs. Plenty of shops are within walking distance.

Das Hotel ist schon ein bisschen älter aber das Zimmer war gross und sauber. Ich habe zwei angenehme Nächte verbracht. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend.

Les moins: Pas de ménage durant 3 jours (les poubelles débordaient dans notre chambre). Pas de bouilloire ni un sachet de thé. La chambre sentait cigarette. Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de l'hôtel et le petit-déjeuner était copieux.
