المكان هادي ومريح وكل شي متوفر فيه والمرافق متوفرة

. المواقف شوي متعبه ولا فيه مواقف داخل الفندق احيان تطول فترة البحث عن موقف . بداية دخولي للغرفة كانت الريحة سيئة جداً وبلغت الفريق عنها وقالو انها من التكييف لان له فترة ما اشتغل وجبت معطر للغرف علشان اغطي الرائحة . كان عندي نية التمديد ليوم إضافي وحرصت اني ابلغ الموظف قبل فتره مناسبة جيت الساعه 2 بالليل من مهمة عمل طويله وبلغته اني ابمدد وقال لي ان فيه امكانيه لكن بيزيد السعر 50٪ عن سعر اليوم اللي اخذت فيه مع اننا وقت إجازه والسعر اصلا مرتفع ومع ذلك لم يمدد لي وبلغوني بالمغادرة

فندق ممتاز جدا من ناحية الاستقبال والرقي والفخامة في التعامل ويمتلك افضل كادر إداري في التعامل والرقي استقبلونا استقبال فخم وشاكر لهم الهدية اللي قدموها لنا بمناسبة زواجنا كل الشكر والتقدير لكم وان شاءالله نحجز فيه مره ومرتين وثلاث
