Organisation. A twin bed room has been booked they gave it to other people and didn’t want to give the money back

There was one person at the entrance concierge - Ramadan - who was extremely helpful and always smiling and proactively helping.

Reception area was extremely poor. Room was noisy every single night, multiple times trucks loading and unloading right by my widow. Furniture needed maintenance or renovation. TV channels extremely poor. Fitness center was a complete joke: swimming pool usable, sauna abd steam room not working, and gym equipment very poor.

Es hat sehr viel im Hotel geschlossen da gerade Renoviert wird. (Dachterrasenkaffee, Lobbykaffee) Hotel Restaurant nur für Frühstück geöffnet. Kein Zimmerserviece Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen Die Klimaausengeräte extrem laut so das man sie sogar mit geschlossenen Fenster hört.

Near to places of interest eg. Jeddah Fountain, Red Sea, convenient stores & supermart. Friendly staff who always greets with a smile. Helpful at all times. Will stay there if I comes again to Jeddah.

The new room 151 was nice

I didnt like that i was initally assigned a shotty room 140 , i felt desrespected , cheated , the room was a disabled room falling apart .

Staff were hospitable and super responsive. The hotel has great ladies and males only gym/ spa. Beautiful and clean hotel with a gorgeous scent . Breakfast has to be the best ever ! Highly recommend

House keeping should put a supply of toilet tissue in room . Ladies only gym and spa facilities should have an evening option not just daytime
