Beer Deluxe Albury

Close to all shops and close to friends i was visiting

Took a few flushes for dunny paper to go. Hot water kept going cold. Light n sun came through sides of the blind.

The bar with beer, drink and food

there is no parking space and the accommodation is quite old, but these things are still acceptable. But the customer service is not good. I checked out in the morning and unfortunately left the mobile phone charger in the room. 2 hours later I came back, the charger was not there anymore, then the staff didn't solve the issues properly. I had emailed them in the next day but they never replied. I felt so disappointed. I would not come back next time and don't recommend this accommodation.

Rooms need a renovation and a good clean

Great location. It is a budget priced room but really it should not be offered. Sheets and towels were clean. Dinner downstairs was lovely. Staff were lovely. Trivia night was fun.

It is a budget priced room. By selling the room Beer DeLuxe are doing their brand a great disservice. Carpet was threadbare, over bed light was not fixed in position and potentially dangerous. Bed felt like it had a cardboard mattress.

The rooms were good the bed was comfortable and the shower worked. The lift was a bit erractic

We booked 2 rooms and were allocated 410 and 303. 410 was OK but 303 had a broken window and the wardrobe had exposed plumbing pipes in it.
