"Hotel deixou a desejar"

A localização do hotel é boa

O hotel se considera 4 estrelas, mas entendo não ter esse perfirl. Motivos: 1) Na liberação do quarto o piso estava todo molhado e tive que solicitar que secassem o chão. 2) Não tem espelho com aumento. 3) Fizeram uma confusão na questão financeira, pois houve troca de reserva de 1 para 2 diárias e o sistema se atrapalhou, daí a recepção me passou um valor que faltava acertar e no outro dia o financeiro passou outro valor. A forma como conduziram esse problema não achei cortês.

Para o Nível Lagueto o colchão que fiquei no quarto 101, realmente está bem afundado já.
