Melheim Beach Resort Kalpitiya - An Escape into Untouched Coastal Bliss

This is a luxury resort right on a beautiful beach. It only has four rooms so personalised service. i only ate from the Asian menu but food delicious. The resort is beautifully designed as are its gardens.

The hospitality of the staff was exceptional especially the gentleman who served us food and provided room service. The place is very tranquil since the property only accommodates very less number of guests compared to the space at the property. Was able to get the same amount of peace and quite as youd get at a Maldivian resort at a very minimal cost.

Parking space might be insufficient if all guests arrive by their own separate vehicles. Would be better if the swimming pool has unobstructed view of the sea. The hotel provides mosquito repellent vaporizers for rooms but should take mosquito repellents when lounging by the sea.

I loved my stay at Melheim resort. I had the flu whilst there & the manager kindly picked me up dome medication. The setting is stunning, such a peaceful place by the sea to rest & restore myself.

Everything was great!

Very clean. Small beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Good foods. We enjoyed a lot.

beach area is not clean. But they try to keep clean.
