Friendly and helpful staff. Nice size room with a great shower and big sunny windows. Centrally located. Unique, charming and characteristic hotel that has history you can see in every detail.

Older heritage building renovated many years ago to be a hotel. NO elevators, stairs can be difficult with luggage, especially for seniors. Breakfast was included but very average almost bland.

This hotel was adequate for our two night stay. Staff was friendly. The hotel listing mentioned it had valet parking. Which I interpreted as it had regular parking as well. I was wrong. And valet is the only option for an additional charge per night. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at chateau Versailles. Also would give the continental breakfast a 2 out 5 star. I would recommend looking for a cafe near by, there are a few good ones in the area if you don’t mind walking a bit. And did not provide a bottle of water in hotel room but had lemon water in the lobby which was nice.

Welcoming front desk staff and cheerful valet parking. The central location and small scale of the hotel were appreciated. Very clean room, comfortable bed and convenient room furnishings (chairs, bedside tables and lights with charge points). My only comment is that it feels the carpets in the room and hallways need a deep carpet shampoo cleaning.
