Landhaus Piberger - Zell am See Kaprun Summer Card included

De ligging: vlakbij Schmittenhoehe skilift. En tegenover huis halte skibus. Ruimte voor ons zessen, alle kamers aparte badkamer. Mochten ski’s in garage bewaren.

Waren met zes en zaten vnl rond tafel in keuken. Dat had wat ruimer gekund.

Location and cleanliness

In booking it was mention we will get 5 rooms .. but when we reach she saw that we are 2 adults only and 2 kids .. so we will get a 2 rooms only !! And if we want the living room we have to pay extra 100€ .. the floor not clean at all ! spiders & their nest and the dust are literarlly everywhere !! The toilets without any hand soap !! The beds was very old and bad there is a noisy sound with any movement ..

Very good location, it's nice that each bedroom has a wc and shower separate

I didn't like the fact that the landlady living next door used to come and regulate what we had to do. Even when we were leaving, she commented that the house we left clean, but we could have taken out the garbage ourselves, because she had a lot of work to throw them.

the location is amazing- only 5 mins away from the 3 main gondolas and also the bus stop is literally infront of the house and can easily get you to the center or up to the gondola. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious for our big group of 10 people. We had a whole floor to ourselves, which was nice and in the basement there was a Finnish sauna and infra red sauna we were allowed to use once for our stay (5nights). The host spoke very good English as well!

the cleanliness on the floor of our room could have been better. The biggest issue was the heating- it was not cold, but was not warm enough for us with a baby. The host mentioned how expensive heating is numerous times during our stay, which we understand. Nonetheless, we were paying the full price for the house and we’re not happy being uncomfortable with the temperature. The heating was being reduced centrally during the day and late at night. However, we had some people not skiing so wasn’t fair to them.

The landlady was very pleasant and helpful. Also the location is very good; very close to the lake and yet not in the middle of the busy environment of the lake.

We missed having a sitting room for the family to get together when at home.
