The Ketch Inn

The staff was lovely, helpful and invested in our getting the vacation we wanted. Hailey and LJ went beyond at every opportunity. The property is away from the craziness of downtown and they provided a shuttle. Fabulous stay?

We were told we could get 2 beds in a room. We showed up with 5 people for two rooms. Poor kids had to sleep on the floor!

The staff was exceptional, dinning was awesome. What a little gem.

Staff was excellent, very helpful, polite. Nice kiddos. Provided U.S. transportation. Rooms need updated. Shower curtain had mold on it. Need coffee cups, paper is fine. No fan, air conditioner, no hair dryer. Borrowed a ice bucket. Room was clean. Waste baskets are woven and tip over. Rooms are small.

We had to make a last minute reservation in order to catch up with a cruise we missed due to flight delays. The transportation was amazing and staff was very kind and helpful. They even let us check in early and get some much needed sleep.

Loved everything about the hotel. They are very accommodating and go above and beyond to make sure the stay was comfortable. We were in a room with an ocean veiw and it was so jice to be able to sit in the warm alaska sunshine on the balcony. We had linch at the restaurant and it was phenomenal! Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Ketchican.

For budget accommodations I was surprising pleased. Staff is attentive and friendly. Free guest laundry, shuttle, anything I needed was cheerfully taken care of. Rooms are cute and super clean. Loved the drop-down teak seat in the tub/shower and the adorable Carhartt shirt throw pillows. Excellent on-site restaurant. As an Alaskan on a remote island who’s just here to handle things and shop, it’s great to be at the edge of town near the shopping and ferry terminals.
