Alpine Apartments Snowdonia

We love this apartment, this was our second stay. We have agreed that we cannot stay elsewhere when visiting Betws! Straight off the communication is spot on and apartment access is simple. It is beautifully presented with real personality - If you offered an interior decor consultation I would happily have you in our home to liven it up! The massive bed gives a better sleep than my own, ridiculously comfortable! After last time we bought the linen bedding for ourselves ;-) The balcony doors out to the train tracks, adorable and lying in front of them is our dogs favourite spot, fresh air and people watching! I love that the apartment does not have a TV, there is enough outside noise in our daily lives... After a day in the mountains, Pop on the radio, sprawl out on the enormous couch, read your book or have the chats. The complimentary bottles of wine and Prosecco are a really thoughtful touch. Location is cracking, the hustle and bustle of happy travellers, the shops and eateries beneath you and the live singing on Saturday.... the apartment window open, the sun spilling in, the breeze cooling you down, the dog snoring - the sounds of contentment, sure what more could you want! Apartment is perfectly located in the village, convenient for a dozen outdoor gear shops, Surf Zone, Zipworld, Snowdon and a gazillion other activities. You cannot but feel relaxed and calmer in this space, everyone we have ever encountered has been incredibly friendly and giving of their time. I love the ethos of the apartment, the complex as a whole and the village. In terms of dog friendly - This is something that an entire village must buy into, for it to be truly welcoming and authentic. Betws has this nailed. You can't throw a stick (!) without hitting a water bowl, eateries and shops are extremely welcoming! Great location, beautiful village, easy access to the apartment.

Bed could have been more comfortable

The location was perfect and the bed was so comfortable. We really appreciated the extra touches (coffee, wine, cookies, etc.). They let us check in early which was really helpful! We loved this quaint apartment and the town!
