Aesthetics were a cool modern vibe. Bar and restaurant looked nice but didn’t get a chance to try. Appreciated flight update screen at front desk.

Not enough elevators and had to wait in line in cramped corridor to get on. Sometimes staff were there transporting things as well and had to skip guests. Sheets were a bit hard/starchy and got warm.

Location was fine, and I appreciated that they let us check in early.

I didn’t get the room I paid for on Booking.com. They said I shouldn’t have booked from a 3rd party site. Room was like a hospital room than a hotel room - about as comfortable too. Definitely not worth the premium price.
