Could fault nothing about this property. So clean!!

We were pleasantly greeted upon arrival, staff were extremly helpful regarding my husbands mobility issues. The room was amazing clean and well set up. Would absolutely stay there again

Wish that all motel designers, owners and managers could visit this motel to see for themselves how all motels could be. From the visitor garden to the large bathrooms, to facilities, to plenty of bench space, to power points, to cleanliness, this motel has twice provided excellent accommodation. We shall return when staying in or near Kyneton. I booked through a 3rd party website that provided free cancellations until close to arrival date.

Next time I'll check to see if free cancellation is possible when booking ahead on the motel's own website. If not, then I'll continue to use a 3rd party website.

Only thing we coukd say as a negative and its very minor was trying to get out the drive way when all the parents were parking and dropping off the kids for high school. Not the motels fault at all though.

As a motel cleaner myself I checked everything over finitely. Could not fault anything. Spotless. The owner greeted us and is so easy to deal with/chat with. Very welcoming personality The staff are happy at work, and super sweet. The ambience of the room was just perfect. Not bland, not over the top. Clean and earthy. All the required amenities plus a little extra.

Great room in the heart of Kyneton

This is the first Motel I have stayed in for many years, what a wonderful restful night, the facilities and extra homely touches made for a restful and wonderful nights rest after a long overseas flight and break prior to continue our journey home. Will go back to Kyneton and stay again for a weekend. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect.

Everything was exceptional, the cleanest motel I have ever stayed and the room is quite large! They have a nice garden at the back where you can enjoy your quiet time under the pergola, too. There is a complementary bucket of water outside each room to clean our windscreen after driving country roads, which are very thoughtful. There are no ashtrays that are usually left outside the door at other regular motels where cigarette smoke & nicotine come inside rooms uninvited. They also offer complimentary Tim Tam & Robert Timms Italian Espresso Coffee Bag, in addition to the standard biscuit & coffee/tea. I thoroughly enjoyed the clean room & air, and will definitely return there again; highly recommend.
