Couldn’t fault it

Nothing they refused to let me stay because of my home address which is in the public housing estate 😞

I booked and paid for accommodation for myself and my son , we both have disabilities and our home burnt down in January, we were desperate for a hot shower and a comfy bed after 21 days sleeping on a concrete floor. After I booked and paid and told my son we had a place for the night to sleep and wash, I got a phone call asking why did I want to stay? Then I was told due to my home address there was no room for us. I was devastated and my refund will take 5-7 days. I had to tell my son and we both cried. This is my hometown of 47 years and my family came to this town in 1854 as miners. I have done nothing to receive this treatment other than book and pay upfront. Big mistake I feel it would have been better off to just curl up and give up. Not happy.

The room was Big and the bed was comfortable. Everything in it you need and more. The little extras, Tim Tam Biscuits and Shortbread Biscuits, Yumo.
