Das Hotel ist elegant eingerichtet. Der Service super freundlich. Beim morgendlichen sowie abendlichen Buffet gab es eine ausreichend große Auswahl. Das Zimmer war wirklich sauber. Der Wellness Bereich (ohne den Außenpool) ist eventuell etwas zu klein. Anwendungen (Massagen und co.) sollten im Vorfeld gebucht werden. Rundum ein schönes Hotel mit toller Lage!

Hotel ist zum Zeitpunkt des besuches nicht voll ausgelastet gewesen, wir haben ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Wand erhalten, was ich generell nie wollen würde! Echt mega schade! Der Ort ist nicht einladend noch dazu.

Its okay just not a spa. I am dure it is great as family (although indoor poolarea is very small and not mad for kiddos laughing and screaming) but dont go here and expect more than average next to beach buffet-style resort - definitely not couples spa.

Das Hotel ist nett, aber nicht sehr kleinkindgerecht. Zu Buffetzeiten musste man früh genug kommen um ein Kinderstühlchen zu bekommen, oft gab es nicht ausreichend Besteck und das Essen war kaum beschriftet. Da unser Kind leider Lebensmittelallergien hat, ist es für uns wichtig zu wissen, was es für Marmelade oder Joghurt es gibt. Aber nichts war beschriftet und die Kellner wussten es nicht. Am Wochenende wurde im Restaurant laut Musik gespielt, leider war unser Zimmer direkt darüber und es war sehr laut im Zimmer. Die Zimmerreinigung war sehr mangelhaft. An einigen Tagen wurden lediglich die Bettdecken gefaltet und einmal fanden wir Glasscherben im Zimmer weil offensichtlich bei der Reinigung ein Glas im Zimmer runterfiel. Der Wellness- und Badebereich war sehr schön.

Gepflegtes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern und gutem Essen. Relativ ruhig in der Nacht (die Polen machen gerne mal bis zum Morgen ordentlich Party). Was leider gar nicht geht, ist das Personal! Keine Spur von Freundlichkeit. Keiner will umschmeichelt werden aber mal ein nettes „Hi“ oder „schönen Tag“ macht schon sehr viel aus. Gerade im Restaurant, da rennen emotionslose Roboter rum. Deutsch wird sehr wenig und Englisch gar nicht gesprochen.
