מיקום מעולה, נוחות של הדירות, נוף, מעל חנות AM-PM שפתוחה 24/7 - מאוד נוח להשלמות בעיקר אם באים עם ילדים, נוחות כניסה ויציאה - אין צורך במפתחות - רק קודים. ההוראות המדוייקות שנשלחו אלינו לפני ההגעה. המרפסת בדירה 12 ובפנטהאוז 14 (שכרנו את הפנטהאוז ועוד 2 סוויטות)

רמת הניקיון והתחזוקה. לדוגמא, תקרה עם כתמי נזילות. חלון מרפסת שלא ננעל, ברז אמבטיה (דוש) שמרעיש. תחושה שהמגבות לא מפנקות. חניה מאתגרת לפעמים. 2 החניות של המקום היו תפוסות תמיד ולא בטוח שעל ידי אורחי המקום.

מאוד אהבנו את הנוף ליער ולים והבריזה הנעימה. בבוקר הלכנו ברגל לבית קפה "סילבה" ממש טוב ליד הדירה. סך הכל המקום היה נקי מאוד כשהגענו והמיטות נוחות.

היו כמה ליקויים בעייתיים: היתה סתימה במקלחת, ולאחר כל מקלחת היתה הצפה בכל חדר המקלחת. לא היה מגב או אמצעי אחר לנקות. כשנכנסים לדירה יש ריח לא כל כך נעים שדרש אוורור. גם אחד המזגנים לא עבד אבל אחרי שיצרנו קשר עם המארח הביא זוג מזגנים ניידים במקום. יאמר לזכות המארח שהיה רספונסיבי ונענה לבקשות, אבל הליקויים היו דיי מבאסים. אם יטופלו הליקויים זה אחלה מקום.
