Modern design. Sparkly cleaned apartment. Comfortable mattresses. High-speed internet. Super smart shower. Amazing views looking into the Carmel slopes. Quite and comfortable stay. An AP/PM convenience store right there. many restaurant options nearby. The host was available for an immediate response all day long. He was very helpful and nice. We had a wonderful experience, and we will be back on our next vacation. We highly recommend.

In most places around Israel customer service is disastrous. Not just bad, but disastrous. This place is an exception. Extremely helpful, polite and welcoming approach from the beginning till the end of your stay. The apartment itself is quite nice. Quiet, nice views, generally everything working. Netflix access was a perk too.

The bed mattress was too hard - not comfortable for sleeping. I guess different people have different preferences, but to me it was way too firm. The kitchen equipment was rather basic - one pot, one pan + some plates and cutlery. I have no idea why you are asked to wash the dishes and take out the garbage before checking out, especially when you've paid an extra cleaning fee on top of the regular price.
