From the moment we arrived, we noticed things were not as advertised. We had no water at first, only one bathroom had towels, the amenities promised were missing, such as a grill, there were hardly any cookware, the oven didn't even work. Then to top it all off, since we were not provided with enough towels, as soon as I put a load to wash the whole first floor flooded because the washer was broken. The list of disappointments goes on and on. Needless to say, even after maintenance made a few stops, we were forced to take cold showers until the last night of our stay, only to wake up to absolutely NO water, again! Overall, our experience at Puerto Peñasco was awesome because we made the best out it.

The biggest disappointment was with the manager from the reservation management company Kiovoya. In person when I picked up the key she was very nice and pleasant. But once I spoke to her over the phone about all the discrepancies, she was terribly rude and unprofessional.

The villa was really nice, clean, big, and the pool was perfect for my son and the location is great, close to the beach, to the malecón ,stores, and restaurants ,I definitely going back to the villa.

When I was checking where to stay in puerto Peñasco I was looking for something new I always stay at a resort like las palomas but it was booked so I tried this villas which it looked ok on the hotels.com app so I booked a two night stay with a total of 5 people but there was another family with not kidding when I say this it was 20 people or more in one villa couldn't use the pool because there was always 10 children in there. The room itself was ok the only thing is that no one is there to see what's going on my viilas garage did not have a door so my some beach chairs were stolen from who I have no idea but other than that it was ok

It was nice quiet comfortable relaxing.

Fueron varios detalles incómodos, llegando no sabíamos que teníamos que ir a la oficina por control y código, después había cucarachas muertas por doquier, no teníamos shampoo en regaderas, ni toallas suficientes, ningún empleado al pendiente para preguntar si se ofrecía algo, y para cerrar con broche de oro, el último día hubo que volver a la oficina para dejar control y verificar pago del 50% restante y cuál sorpresa que en realidad ya se habían cargado el total a lo tarjeta.
