"The location was decent and staff was friendly, but the room was freezing and no hot water"

Staff was friendly. Bed was decently comfy.

The pillows were terrible quality. The room was freezing, it felt like an outdoor cabin and we had to blast the heat. Couldn't get any hot water to shower. No coffee maker in room.
