和室のエアコンが作動せず連絡したところ、対応として暖房器具を購入、届けてもらいました。ありがとうございます。

ただし、昨冬滞在した時もエアコンが作動せず寒い思いをしました。機器の再整備が必要な時期になっているかもしれません。

We loved the size of the room - it was fantastic! I would highly recommend this place for families to stay. The location was great, as we were within walking distance to lots of sights and public transport.

It could get a little bit noisy at night time, as the hotel is in a quiet street and the sounds from the street could be heard.

The location. Everything looked cute and nice. Big room m, bathroom and to big beds

The room smelled really bad, like cigarette smoke. It didn’t feel to clean. No staff to welcome you. We hadn’t received the info about getting in with the door codes, so there was som trouble with that.
