Hotel ZIZI Kyoto Gion

Tra tutti gli alloggi provati durante il nostro viaggio, questo è stato sicuramente uno dei più particolari e memorabili. La stanza era davvero enorme, probabilmente la più grande che abbiamo trovato in Giappone. Avevamo tantissimo spazio a disposizione e questo ha reso il soggiorno ancora più confortevole. Anche la pulizia era impeccabile, come in tutti gli altri hotel. L’ambiente era curato e accogliente, e si percepiva subito un’attenzione ai dettagli che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti e lo consigliamo a chi cerca una sistemazione ampia e confortevole.

Come era segnalato anche al momento della prenotazione la struttura è sprovvista di ascensore e noi essendo all’ultimo piano abbiamo dovuto fare tutto a piedi con i bagagli, ma ne è valsa la pena fidatevi!

The location was great, we were able to walk easily to Gion and nearby temples and pagoda. We had a big spacious family room with a wonderful large bathroom. Perfect size for a family with room to spread out. Comfortable roomy beds for all.

The stairs. Our room was up 3 flights of narrow stairs without an elevator. It was hard for us to get our luggage in and out of our room.

Room was a bit worn and some maintenance required. We stayed 3 nights and asked for room to be spruced up after 2 nights but service did not arrive.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet établissement et nous en sommes ravis. La chambre, située au 5ᵉ étage, était très spacieuse, avec deux grands lits, un salon et même un balcon. Les informations envoyées par message avant notre arrivée étaient très claires, et l’hôte répond rapidement à nos questions. L’emplacement à Kyoto est idéal : à proximité de nombreux sites à visiter, de rues commerçantes, et juste à côté d’un arrêt de bus desservant toute la ville (dont une ligne reliant directement la gare de Kyoto). Je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés.

Les deux seuls petits points négatifs sont l’absence d’ascenseur et le fait que le personnel à la réception ne comprend pas toujours bien les demandes.

La chambre est spacieuse, lumineuse et bien décorée. La salle de bain est super !

Un accord avec un parking pourrait être apprécié .

La ubicacion y tamaño de la habitacion y la habitacion estaba guapa

El trato en el check in, las escaleras que subimos 5 pisos con maletas sin ninguna ayuda, no hicieron la cama ningun dia a pesar que cuando lo contratamos indicaban que si, y poca limpiaza en la habitación, llena de polvo y el sofa muy incomodo.
