Los restaurantes en la plaza y bares nocturnos.

La alfombra de la habitación guardada muy malos olores a humedad ,la habitación no tiene ventilación y hay cucarachas en el baño,,,desafortunadamente desperté con picaduras de pulgas en las manos y espalda

La ubicacion, el lobby, el servicio

Todo lo demas; las habitaciones parecian de motel, las sabanas daban comezon, ruido constante fuera de las habitaciones, largo tramo para llegar a la habitacion, baño sucio de habitacion y de recepcion, rollo usado de papel de baño, minisplit no enfriaba correctamente, pasillos con rampas rusticas, desniveles que facilitaban caerse, columnas donde era facil golpearte.

Buena ubicación, buena atención al cliente, habitaciones limpia y amplia. Me encantó que el hotel está conectado a plaza engrei con restaurantes de excelente calidad, bares y tiendas exclusivas.

La habitación no contaba con minibar y tuve que pedir uno, por lo que de inmediato el personal resolvió el problema.
