Llegué a las 2 pm y me querían cobrar 160 pesos extra por entregarme la habitación una hora antes, además mi esposa se lastimó un pie con una tachuela qué había en el piso

Comfortable bed.

Insects in between bed sheets. Toilet not flushing. Kids breakfast not included. 1 waitress for 8 tables so arrive reeally early, Breakfast super limited and mediocre. Only 1 towel, youtube videos on tv not working apparently was being shared with another guest.

The place was filled with roaches. There were 2 days that I had only brown water in the room . Girls at the front desk play laud music all night and where screaming and laughing up to 3 in the morning . The manager was no better either a guy at the front desk offered me a late check out then charge the guy for offering in to me . The complains where not taken seriously and there was no apologies or retribution. Awful awful place . I have pictures of the roaches in my room .

El lugar la comodidad atención todo pareció muy bien

Parking is horrendous due to event center, their system was not activating room keys which made it very inconvinient to go in and out of the room ,I needed the attendant come and open my door every time I came back. There was no toiletries and towels were paper thin with no floor towel availiable for shower, very noisy place.

Muy tranquilo, varios restaurantes cercanos, accesible.
