Excellent facilities, very in line with the price offered, spectacular that they have WhatsApp chat, and not just a landline, that's a plus, difficult to find a hotel in Mexico that has it.

AC worked well in room. Housekeeping staff was super friendly. Breakfast service was good. Private parking was great. Pool was nice.

Only 2 towels provided, no hand towels or wash cloths. Room tv did not work. Toliet area had sewer odor. Shower head sprayed in all directions leaving restroom floor with puddles. Pillows are flat. Room key had to be reactivated daily. No elevator to 2nd floor, carry all luggage up winding stairs.

Buena habitación, buen hotel, solo hubo un detalle en recepcion, pedi un cambio de toalla xk iba a la alberca, ya que la mia estaba mojada y de favor pedi me la cambiaran x una seca y no me la quisieron cambiar .

El lugar por fuera se veia bien, la ubicación está excelente. Sin embargo, el lugar olía muy feo, a humedad, parecia un motel. No habia shampoo ni jabón de cuerpo. La alberca estaba bien pero sucia

Beautiful place, clean, excellent service and breakfast too. I like it.
