Room, staff, and breakfast were all great. Location was very convenient for travel in the area.
Room was beautiful and comfortable. In-room coffee, while convenient, was not worth drinking. Happy there was coffee in the lobby. Shower surround was glazed over, and was peeling off in 2 spots. Otherwise, room was very updated and kitchen was well equipped.
Hotel was ok. However for the price of suite the continental breakfast was cheap, and disgusting. The suite is advertised as having a full and stocked kitchen. Mines wasnt and when I left a comment politely advising them, i received the rudest email saying Im sorry you dont know how to look. Lol, the kitchen is tiny and I looked in ALL the cabinets, the room only had plates, no silverware, a coffee pot and no cups. Go elsewhere, their rude attitude from corporate definitely explains the state of facility.

The best part of our stay was interacting with Kaylee at the front desk. She was friendly, helpful, and always had a positive attitude. She tried to help whenever possible (and didn't hide from guests like another front desk staffer tried to do). The general manager was also very helpful and kind. Our room was very nice, clean, and just the right size for the two of us. Our only complaint about the room is that it always felt a bit humid, even though we had the air conditioners serviced.

Stay was very comfortable. Rooms were spacious and clean. I got a free upgrade which was a pleasent surprise. Breakfast had many options. Overall the service was excellent.
