Next room is perfect

First room was not good

Great location! I walked everywhere, or almost. Lots of shops nearby. I was in a top bunk with no charger, but when a lady in the bottom bed left, the staff let me move there. They're super nice. Some of them speak English, and if not, then bad Russian and google translate gets you far. The rooms and bathrooms were always very clean. Beds had curtains, which is nice.

Some of the beds don't have chargers, but there's an extension cord near the door (or there was in my room, anyway.)

Sharing bathrooms and toilets, clean and convenient.

Not enough charging sockets

Nothing.

It was not clean. Sheets were with spots. Uncomfortable beds, dangerous staircase on beds. The personnel gave the sheets to me. I fixed the sheets myself to the bed since the personnel did not fix the sheets themselves. Broken shower room. I was waiting till the evening when the personnel repairs the shower room. Not clean, not everything are like on pictures posted on booking.com

Price is cheap. That’s all. Don't expect good services.

※Information as of March 10th to 12th, 2023 ABOUT STAFF AND ACCOMMODATION ・The staff member can't speak even simple English, so you need to use a translator if you can't speak Russian. In addition, if they judge you can't understand Russian or Kazakh, they will only explain a little. ・After checking in, the stuff member showed me only the restroom and shower room. They didn't explain how to use the kitchen and a washing machine. ・When I arrived there, there weren't enough towels. I complained about it because I wasn't able to wipe my body after taking a shower. Then the staff passed me a bed sheet! I had no choice but to wipe my body with a bed sheet! ・No toilet paper. You have better to bring it. ・Curfew is 12 a.m.. ABOUT ROOMMATES ・I stayed in room #7. Almost all of the roommates were people from Kazakhstan. They were rude, messed up a room and had bad manners. They made noise until midnight. ・In my case, the lower bunk near the heater was given. Other people put socks, shoes and underwear on the heater to dry them! I told my roommate to put them away, then they got angry and used dirty words (they seemed that I wasn't able to understand Russian language, but I actually could do). I also told the staff about it, but they said they couldn't deal with problems about customer's belongings. All I could do was to have patience. It's disgusting. ・My locker room was also used by another person, so I wasn't able to use it. SUMMARY If you want to communicate with local Kazakh people UNTIL MIDNIGHT, this hostel will be the best choice. That's because the staff do nothing, no matter how much noise and dirty you make!

Location is good

Too much people and noisy, very hot in room , entrance could be cleaner.
