Praticamente tutto perfetto: appartamento a cinque minuti a piedi dalla fermata Canal della metro, cucina perfettamente accessoriata, letto comodo con cuscini comodi, bagno con doccia ben funzionante. E supermercato a due minuti di cammino

Very comfortable and clean. Spacious. Convenient for accessing the city. Clear instructions. Well supplied.

We never managed to work out how to get the heating on, and it was a little cool in the evenings. An extra blankets would have helped. (To be fair, I imagine we could have asked for assistance, but we never had time and it didn't seem to matter very much!

It's clear that the management is very attentive to the condition of the apartments and cares about the comfort of their guests. We were also surprised by the additional kitchen equipment and other nice touches. Also with details such as a blanket or several pillows to choose from.. Overall, the atmosphere felt very welcoming, we felt comfortable, and truly enjoyed our accommodation there.

Wifi was not the best. Hot water, if you are more than 2, can be the problem. Windows and blinds on windows.

The set-up of the flat was good and optimised the space for 2 people. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Quiet setting and nice interiors. The roof terrace was lovely.

There was no rack to hang the clothes. The toaster did not have a cancel button. One could hear doors shutting from some of the other flats.

Very good location, lots to walk and see including the local outdoor sports facilities at the top of the road. The property was clean and everything that was needed was there.

It was cold, couldn’t get the heating to work.

Great communication and service from the host, very responsive when I had questions. The apartment was just like the pictures, clean, comfortable and safe. About 5 minute walk to 2 metro stations which are necessary if you are going to the touristy sites.

There was a light on at night outside and no blinds or curtains to block the light. Also the shower would leak out onto the floor, so had to make sure there was a towel there. Neither was a big deal though.

The lockers that you can use to store your things after checkout for just 1 euro.

That the walls and bedsheets were covered in stains. Had to climb over the bed to get around the room. No iron even though stated that there was one provided. The bed moved away from the headboard whenever you moved in your sleep. The shower flooded the bathroom for no reason on the last day.
