Smells really bad

When we came in the lobby had all kinds of white dirty spots on floor and someone’s floss. I looked at the cabinet across from desk and the bottom had several layers of dust. They over booked and we ended up with ONE queen bed. My husband and I had to sleep with our 6 year old which was very uncomfortable. Their website says “free breakfast” but to our surprise (or maybe we shouldn’t have been so surprised) it was coffee with powdered creamer and a basket with nutrigrains. The halls smelled like smoke and of course it seeped into the room. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

We did not check in because the police was there and they said they are always there for a problem and the homeless stays there.

Avoid staying at this hotel. Front desk staff is rude, entire facility is dirty, my room was filthy and outdated. The shower head was leaking water all night. I will never come back here again.

I'm not going through this again. Just know this was my LAST stay at Extended Stay.

The staff was lovely but the property was sketchy. Very Unclean. Floor in the room was sticky and towels were dirty. Trying hard not to pass judgement on people sitting in their cars in the parking lot waiting to meet someone. We did not spend the night.

Definitely coming back

My refrigerator was dirty. The top of it was filthy and dusty. My toilet was not flushing. Normally I had to push it several times. It seems to flood up, then would flush shower had no pressure. Also there was hair in the shower the only good thing about the property is the lady at the front desk purple Tried her best to accommodate me and my sons and I appreciate that the hallways stunk in the hotel that I am uncomfortable with and not want my kids to be around not somewhere I would ever return, but I hope the staff lady purple gets her flowers. She was really sweet to us .

Staff 10/10 super friendly and nice. AC in the room 10/10 Everything else…. Horrible The area is decent Dirty linens, cockroaches in the room, smelled like weed (we used a Lysol spray to dim the smell), drain in the shower was so slow, shady people in the parking lot at all times… we would not stay there again.

It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed since I arrived to the parking lot as soonest as I star looking around trash everywhere inside the floor is dirty everywhere the hallway stains on the carpet and really bad smell the room smells, dirty, beds has stains on the sheets the floor was dirty as well.
