Great location and service from the staff.

Unfriendly staff. Very expensive, over rated restaurant

Attentive staff, efficient, clean tidy and and absolutely beautiful interior a exterior, comfortable bed, shopping centre close, convenience store within 2 minutes walk, overall amazing hotel and location

The hotel is comfortable, very accommodating staff, the restaurant has a great selection of delicious food. The central location is great for getting out and exploring the city.

We stayed in a family room. The hotel is very quiet and clean, staff was friendly and polite. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, stores and old town. The only downside there is no elevator that stops on the 2nd floor and we had a few heavy suitcases. But got some help with carrying them to the room from the hotel staff.

It was ok stay. Nothing stood out. Location was very good. Did not try food. Did not have service. Too much gold, really, but maybe, it is just me

It was a very comfortable stay. The room was nice, clean and luminous! In general everyone is friendly and helpful.

Bra överlag. Fint hotellrum till rimligt pris med helt ok läge. Personalen var väldigt vänlig men hade lite svårt med engelskan. Problematiskt att inte kunna betala med kort (på grund av sanktioner).

I like this hotels along with my family! Service, room service and stuff, including administrator and waitrose are the best! Conditionals is like old hotel after good repair. From one side you see everything new, but then you look at the windows and they like from 90th. Breakfast is good! Entrance through something like karaoke and night club, that not giving you to enter nice and calm, cause next to the entrance always crowd and music. Will be back anyway, cause most of the things was just perfect!
