Rootop Villa - Chalet en Cabo Pino con vistas al mar, jardines y piscina

Personne sur place donc communication avec l'hôte pas très aisée. Belle maison, fonctionnnelle, décorée avec goût. Nombreuses terrasses. beau parc à l'arrière avec une belle piscine pour la residence. Dommage car elle etait fermée au 15 octobre et nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser comme on nous l'avait annoncé. Belle plage à 20mn à pied. Hors saison possibilité d'y aller en voiture, parking gratuit.

Cheap and spotless clean accommodation in a safe area for not very demanding people. Location is so-so. 25-minute-walk from the nearest beach (on the way back uphill). Nothing to do or see in the area. Two supermarkets nearby but very expensive ones. The apartment itself is spacious and generally good equipped but needs TLC (eg. falling out electric sockets, bedroom sliding door did not close). There were two major issues during our stay: invasion of ants from the garden and a fridge which during first three days made enormous noise and then stopped working at all. As it was full of food this caused a lot of stress. We were informed by the owner that it will be replaced in...5 days but we should try to defrost it for few hours. Fortunately this trick worked (ufff). The internet was very fast but unavailable on the rooftop terrace. TV, only Spanish channels. The upside was: easy check-in/check-out, very good e-mail contact with Eduardo, a welcome bottle of wine, efficient hair dryer, tones of toilet paper, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil etc., great outdoor swimming pool (at the time practically for our private use).

Muy bonita la casa, equipada con todo lo necesario. La terraza con vistas espectacular,la piscina muy chula, tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos una botella vino y agua fría en la nevera. Por poner una pega el motor de la nevera hace mucho ruido.
