a great place, calm and quiet, but the enjoyment of it is hampered by the fact that the condition of the buildings is not designed for year-round living, although the owners have a plan, but probably because of greed they do not turn it on, and this leads to the gradual rotting of the whole house, constant dampness leads to the growth of mold everywhere, out of 3 air conditioners, 1.5 worked, the doors and windows do not have seals, so when there is wind, the heat is simply blown out of the windows, when we asked the staff if something can be done about the non-working air conditioners, they did not receive any answer, the refrigerator in the kitchen is probably the same age as the house (about 40 years old), old, dirty and smelly, disgusting to touch, the house constantly smells of mold and gas. in general, we will never return, and also, after leaving, we discovered the absence of personal belongings, when we asked the administration: "did you find anything after our departure" again no answer followed, it is unacceptable to treat guests like this ...

We stayed with you in January for 4 days. We were not satisfied, because it was January - the house was cold, and we were with a child, so we immediately began to warm it up, you can only warm it up with an air conditioner, there are three air conditioners for the entire area of ​​two rooms and a kitchen, the air conditioner did not turn on in the kitchen, it worked in the children's room but with decent interruptions, we spent two days warming up the apartment to a state where it was comfortable to be in them, high ceilings and air conditioners that barely pulled did not allow us to do this faster. The air conditioners in the rooms are located directly above the bed and blow directly on you, when it blows warm air to warm it up, it is still bearable, but how it is here in the summer and sleeping under them when cold air comes, I do not want to imagine, it blows right away, they gave us one key on a common bunch that did not disconnect, that is, the key is inserted into the system and everything works (what is not broken) and when you leave the house and you close it, then you take the key with you, so you can't leave the house to warm up inside while you're gone. We travel a lot and have never encountered such a stupid and inconvenient situation with keys. Several sockets didn't work either. It's better not to open the cabinets in the rooms because they smell of mold, and our family is allergic to mold, we kept things in suitcases so they wouldn't get soaked. The bathroom is a nightmare, everything is very old, from the 80s, mold on the walls...

It’s a beautiful place and the view is amazing. The rooms are a bit small but that’s generally the case in Europe. The only issue we had was the shower. It has two issues: a handheld wand that I had to rig to stay up and at an angle so not to shoot out of the shower, and the shower curtain which allowed water to flood the bathroom floor no matter what you did. It was also really small making it difficult to wash up.

It’s incredibly basic

When I arrived, there was no key to open the gate left in the lockbox. Then when I tried to logon to the WiFi it wouldn’t let me. I informed the lady of this by WhatsApp and even though my friends who were in a different apartment also couldn’t connect, she refused to accept there was an issue. It is so far from the nearest town and complete black hole for service and as I was staying on my own in an apt, horrible to not be able to message anyone if there was an emergency. I had to walk 5 minutes up a hill to get network and pay over £50 in data charges. I was woken up on Friday+Monday at 7.30am by the loudest noise which turned out to be a guy with a leaf blower and another with a lawnmower. People are on holiday they don’t want to be woken up at that time. I messaged the property about my dissatisfaction and didn’t even receive a reply, so clearly they don’t care.
