Très bon accueil et petites attentions à l'arrivée dans le frigo, ainsi qu'une belle corbeille de fruits! Belle vue sur le Teide d'un côté et la mer de l'autre. Endroit très calme. La rue est étroite mais possibilité de se garer sans souci. Les photos correspondent parfaitement à la location. Nous recommandons

Je n'ai pas mis 10 car il faudrait un petit chauffage d'appoint pour la fraicheur matinale dans la location. Il est vrai que dehors le matin il faisait vraiment pas chaud...

Miło gospodarze, ładne widoki, przyjemny basen - dlatego tym trudniej jest mi wspominać o wadach poniżej.

Po pierwsze INSEKTY. Dostaliśmy na wstępie od gospodarzy kosz z owocami i innym jedzeniem, co było miłym gestem, jednak moje podejrzenie wzbudziło to, że nawet chleb włożyli do lodówki. Moje obawy się urzeczywistniły, kiedy zostawiliśmy na blacie deskę po krojeniu owoców na blacie kuchni - po niedługim czasie obsiadło ją stado drobnych robaków. Po drugie MYSZY. W pokoju były myszy, dostaliśmy na nie pułapkę, złapaliśmy trzy, ale na pewno było ich w pobliżu więcej. W dzień myszy były spokojne, w nocy harcowały i hałasowały. Z perspektywy czasu naprawdę dziwię się, że nie zmieniliśmy noclegu, chyba nie chcieliśmy wydawać kolejnych pieniędzy, ani tracić czasu na przeprowadzkę. Nie przekonuje mnie porada gospodarzy, ze moglibyśmy zawsze szybko zamykać za sobą drzwi od pokoju (które notabene bardzo trudno było zamknąć), myszy po prostu nie powinno być w lokalu mieszkalnym. Po trzecie drzwi. Od łazienki się nie domykały, a te wejściowe bardzo trudno było zamknąć, trzeba było trzaskać na siłę.

Mr. Victor and the owner were friendly and helped with everything, but the woman who also managed it immediately set us up for complete negativity!!! We had very negative feelings from her!!!

We went there for 10 days, but couldn't stand it and left after 9 days to another place. I really didn't like that the ad was supposed to have a washing machine, but it wasn't, although it's included in the price of the apartment!! They said that for an additional 4 euros they would give us a washing machine, which is very bad, in the city you can wash clothes for 3 euros!!! Also in the kitchen, as shown in the ad, there was supposed to be an oven for baking under the hob, but it's not there!!! Poor lighting in the rooms and above the hob. The filling tank in the toilet always broke, and the door in the shower doesn't close well, a lot of water leaks onto the floor. Very bad driveway for cars, when an oncoming car is driving, you have to drive quite far back to get out by car - this is not indicated in the ad!! In the morning a dog runs out and barks loudly, it's impossible to sleep longer!!! Why do guests from the next room always walk past us, because they have a separate entrance, and my mother, who slept on the street, always felt uncomfortable because of this... When after a few days of staying we asked to change the linen, we were initially refused, told that this is not a hotel, but then the linen was changed anyway!!! And most importantly, they turn off the hot water, and after the beach it is impossible to wash, there was only enough hot water for one person, and there were four of us. We arrive late at night, call and complain to the owner about this! I hope that our comments about this apartment will be taken into account, and others who come to rest after us will not experience such inconveniences as we did... After all, we pay a lot of money for rest, and everyone who pays wants to get decent living conditions!!!
